Ten Christian families beaten and some reconverted

On October 1, 2020 ten Christian families of Gadada village of Chattisgarh were summoned for reconversion. On their refusal, they were severely beaten and some facing injuries on head, bones fractures, etc. by a group of extremist Hindus. Eight days later, two Christian families were again summoned for their reconversion into Hinduism. On threat, they reconverted. As told by Pastor Susheel Kumar to International Christian Concern. “It was a well-executed plan,” Pastor Kumar told International Christian Concern (ICC). “It is part of a bigger plan to religiously cleanse this area and stop conversions to Christianity. The Christians in this entire region are troubled and fear possible attacks from Hindu extremists.”
